Diamond, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311782510, citation number 1, item number 4, issued on 12/3/2009 with respect to a workplace located at 115 Spencer St., Winsted, CT and became a final order on 12/21/2009. |
