Citation text line OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to rollover and crushing hazards while riding in a moving farm trailer. Worksite: On or about August 13, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a trailer being towed by a tractor was vacant of employees prior to moving. While towing the trailer, it tipped over into a ravine/river causing the employee to be thrown from the trailer resulting in injuries to the employee.
