Where manufacturer's specifications are not available, the limitations assigned to the equipment shall be based on the determinations of a professional engineer competent in the field. On or about 07/10/2015 employees at the Enfield Alamo Street roofing project were exposed to approximately 12' falls. Employees were using a laddervator for purposes that it was not designed for.
