Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Roof top Grasso Hall: On or about February 14, 2023 the employees were exposed fall hazards of up to 48 feet above the ground while installing new roof flashing on the flat roof. The Three Brothers Service LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1593024, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 6 Arch Street, Norwalk, CT 06850. |
