In XXXX I tried to get XXXX XXXX XXXX fiber optics internet in the apartment I was moving into in California. The representative I was speaking with got early access to my apartment to set up the internet for me prior to my arrival, however, he informed me that the fiber optics in my unit were not properly installed and so I couldn't get XXXX XXXX XXXX internet. I assumed he would cancel my XXXX XXXX XXXX plan as I was unable to get internet form them however this was not the case and I was charged. I called them letting them know about the situation and they rightfully erased those charges. At the end of the summer I got a new charge from XXXX XXXX XXXX for a modem and router which I never received as I was unable to get XXXX XXXX XXXX installed in my apartment. I was told this would be taken care of and months later received a notice that the debt was now sold to a debt collector and I now owed them money. I reached out again to XXXX XXXX XXXX two times since and they have been unable to resolve this issue for me. I recently got another email from a new debt collector who I am not sure is even legit. They have the address I lived at and the amount correct however their email format looks like it was made in XXXX XXXX.

On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX opened a collections account in my name which I had only learned about through a credit alert and my credit score dropping significantly. I had learned it was a collections account for XXXX XXXX XXXX mobility in the amount of {$1900.00}. I contact XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times on both email and by phone and after about two weeks they responded they had no such account on file. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX by phone and they had no record of an account in my name ( I have also never been an XXXX XXXX XXXX customer previously ) I opened a fraud alert with XXXX and they contacted XXXX XXXX solutions, XXXX was able to have the fraudulent account removed from my report on XX/XX/XXXX. Fast forward to today, XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed my credit score dropped by 56 points. A new collections account was opened by Sunrise Credit Service in the amount of {$1900.00} for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for the same account number. I also never received any notifications, emails, or alerts for this collections account. I opened another fraud alert through XXXX and the Fraud specialist advised i report this new incident through FTC.gov.

On XX/XX/2019 I received a call from XXXX at XXXX EST. I was unable to pick up the phone call.AT XXXX EST, I received a text msg from " XXXX '' stating to " Please call XXXX ''.
Upon looking up what XXXX meant, I found this " If You have XXXX Service, XXXX is the XXXX identifier for the voicemail paging option. When a caller selects the option to leave the customer a numeric page, the handset receives a text message from sender XXXX ' containing the phone number of the caller, or the caller can enter whatever number they choose instead of their own phone number. '' The call and text failed to state who was calling and why.
At approximately XXXX EST I called XXXX back to find out who was calling. A female came on the line and stated that she was from Sunrise Credit Services, a debt collection agency.
I told the representative that I had received a text on my phone telling me to call this number. The representative stated that she was looking for this named individual and if I was them. I stated I would not be answering any more questions and that I would be filing a complaint.
I have received phone calls from XXXX on multiple occasions as well as other phone numbers that are linked with this company. Each time they have called I received no information on who they were or why they were calling in my voicemail.

I canceled my mother 's cable account last XXXX, since she is ill and has moved in with me. Her monthly bill was approximately XXXX and was paid up to date. I received a bill from a collection agency on behalf of XXXX for {$440.00}. I contacted them twice to dispute the bill and never heard from them. I was then sent a notice from Sunrise Credit Services. I again disputed the bill. Sunrise Credit Service sent me a statement from XXXX dated XXXX of 2015. The service was cancelled in XXXX of 2015 and the house was rented out in XXXX of 2015.

They then provided me with a bill that they stated could be paid with student loan funds from future disbursements. XXXX XXXX then stated that this practice is no longer allowed by the government. On XX/XX/21 I requested XXXX XXXX to terminate my service immediately because XXXX was not providing the service I was paying for. I paid them {$29.00} for service used to XX/XX/21. They billed me {$100.00} later for the remaining portion of the cycle I did not use. XXXX has the ability to turn on, turn off, problem solve etc immediately from their office. Other utility companies ( telephone, electric, gas, water etc ) only bill for service used in a cycle. I reached out to XXXX and could not resolve the issue.

This is what transpired : XXXX Status submitted XX/XX/XXXX XXXX response closed with explanation XX/XX/XXXX Feedback requested XX/XX/XXXX due XX/XX/XXXX ( I decided to not even bother complaining anymore because this company caused enough problems for my family ) The CFPB closed complaint.
Then XX/XX/XXXX a bill from Sunrise Credit Services Inc. arrived regarding the same account at XXXX. How can they still accuse us of owing them $ when they owe it to us? You can't just make up bills and demand that they pay them. Again, my husband is in finance and now he has a second credit agency coming after him. Something needs to be done ASAP.

I filed Bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX and included XXXX in the bankruptcy, the bankruptcy was reopened again on XX/XX/XXXX, by the bankruptcy judge, I have been in the phone with XXXX customer Service Representatives several time trying to get the bill adjusted to the corrected amount, unfortunately the representatives are not from the United States so they could not advise what department could help me in adjusting the amount owed to the correct amount. I never received any correspondence from sunrise regarding this account and I am not sure why Sunrise collection agency listed this debt on my credit report without investigating or contacting they just made my credit score drop. These people do anything without further investigating

A debt of {$4000.00} was opened on XX/XX/2023 on my credit report ( XXXX XXXX ) which I did not accrue.
I called Sunrise Credit Services on XX/XX/2023 and they informed me the debt originated with " XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX' and an address in NJ ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX NJ ) with which I have no association.
I was informed that these people in NJ might have my SSN.

XXXX service was purchased through XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018. Immediately received poor quality service and reception through XXXX, subscription cancelled within first week. Also, continuance poor customer service through XXXX XXXX XXXX.
The next month a charge was taken out of a bank account for a total of {$460.00}. After calling several times regarding this issue continually not being resolved, and being transferred countless times and spending hour upon hours on hold every single call just to have half of the calls transferred to non existent numbers and needing to restart the process time over time again, and being told the issue was going to be resolved, a rep informed me it was a ETF, which could not be refunded, despite being told several times the charge was made in error and was going to be refunded. After XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to refund the money, a complaint was made through XXXX XXXX under the charged bank account. XXXX XXXX deemed the charge worthy of being refundable. The banked processed a refund for this charge.
Started receiving phone calls regarding an unpaid debt that matches a previous amount charged through XXXX XXXX XXXX. This charge was for XXXX, the charge of the ETF through XXXX XXXX XXXX.

When i reached out to Sunrise Credit Service they tried to sell me a service to restore my credit. XXXX couldn't give me any help because it was in collections with Sunrise. Owner of this account is from Texas.
# XXXX XXXX {$2200.00} for a wire line account, hit Credit report XX/XX/XXXX XXXX fraud was notified XX/XX/XXXX and waiting on their reply. XXXX take XXXX business days.
Owner of this account is from XXXX New Jersey.
I have never lived in either state, never open any accounts with XXXX. We had in XXXX 's had a XXXX account I believe, it would have been a cell phone account for XXXX or XXXX years.
