Employees were exposed to electric shock hazards. Marathon Healthcare Center of Torrington, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.304(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311759740, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Fern Drive, Torrington, Connecticut. |
